Feasibility Study
Feasibility Study takes place in the very important role of the Business or the Project . We will prepare the best plan and method by studying the aims, and searching the strong and weak points of the Project.
Data Collection
We carry out Surveys and interviews for collecting information from relevant sources depending on the Project.
Design and Budget
We prepare the design and take care in the detailed cost estimates, necessary calculations to determine and justify the engineering details for the Project, associated contract documentation including Bill of Quantities.
Tender
We assist our Client in preparing, reviewing and finalizing the Tender Documents, short-listing the Contractors for the Project, preparing Tender Evaluation Report, and holding meetings and Contract Negotiation.
Construction Supervision
We review the documents, carry out inspections and supervisions according to the Standards and Specifications as per Contract. As “Safety” is the first priority for the Construction, we also take care the safety of the Work.
Survey Arrangement and Supervision
We carry out all the required engineering surveys and investigations such as topographical survey, hydrological survey, geotechnical survey, material availability survey, etc., as applicable to the concerned project components.
Seminar/Workshop Assistance
We organize seminars and workshops not only to the Client both also to our Staff in order to share knowledge, experience and information of Tender Process, Supervision, Design, Budget Control, Survey, etc.
